SRM College of Pharmacy, SRM Institute of Science and Technology (formerly known as SRM University), Kattankulattur is one of the premier institutions for pharmaceutical education and research in the country. The college was started in the year 1992 affiliated to the Tamil Nadu Dr.M.G.R. Medical University and was later brought under the ambit of SRM Institute of Science and Technology (formerly known as SRM University) in 2005. The College offers B.Pharm, M.Pharm. (Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Pharmacognosy, Pharmacy Practice, Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance and Pharmaceutical Regulatory affairs), PhD and Pharm.D and Pharm.D (Post baccalaureate) courses. The programs of the College are approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) New Delhi.

The pharmacist of 21st century possess a significant role in managing drug therapy, counselling patients on proper use of medications and monitoring drug therapy outcomes for which the new Pharm.D program prepares the students.

Sri Ramasamy Memorial College of Pharmacy abbreviated as SRM College of Pharmacy was established in the year 1992. The college now offers B.Pharm, M.Pharm.
