M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering is a two-year post-graduate program designed for engineers working in various fields to enhance their knowledge and skills with the latest technology developments in Computer Science and Information Technology and related fields. This course offers advanced knowledge of core fundaments in Data Structures and Algorithms, Computer networking, Database systems, Computer System Architecture, Software Engineering and a wide range of optional subjects involving the latest technologies and tools. One full semester is set aside for doing quality project work, with a research focus. This enhances students’ knowledge and also makes them job-focused.

Eligibility

  • Engineering Background: BE/BTech any Stream with 50% marks. AMIE is accepted.
  • Non – Engineering Background:  MCA/MSc in Maths/Statistics/IT with 50% marks. In cases of non-Engineering candidates, PG marks will be considered for eligibility criteria & not the UG marks.

  • MBA/M. Com/MA are not eligible
  • Evening College & Distance education degrees are not accepted.
  • All the degrees obtained must be through Full-Time mode.
  • Degrees from UGC approved universities only will be accepted.
