Toxicity Assessment

Toxicity Assessment (LC50& LD50)

Acute, sub-acute, sub chronic, chronic toxicity, Whole Effluent Toxicity Testing in Fresh water Fishes can be carried out as per the guidelines of OECD and OPPTS Guidelines. 

Genotoxic Assessment

Comet Assay and Micronucleus Assay – genotoxicity testing of substances such as industrial chemicals, biocides, agrochemicals, food additives and pharmaceuticals. The following Studies are also undertaken:

  • In vivo micronucleus assay in mouse/rat/Fish

  • In vivo chromosomal aberration assay in mouse/rat/Fish

  • Cytotoxicity assay using dermal fibroblast cell lines

Haematology Analysis

The following analysis are carried out in our Laboratory
