About the Programme
B.Sc.- Cardio Perfusion Technology is a 4-year degree program aimed at imparting knowledge related to cardiothoracic anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology, as well as pharmacology, fetal and neonatal cardiac development, and perfusion. Cardio perfusion technicians are part of a typical cardiac surgical team and provide lifesaving support for patients requiring extracorporeal circulation, including but not limited to major cardiothoracic, vascular, and transplant surgeries, as well as life support for a critically-ill patient.
Eligibility for B.Sc. Cardio Perfusion Technology
- Age : Minimum age limit is 17 years and maximum age limit is 30 years on or before 31st December of the year of Admission
- Qualification : HSC / 10+2 / Plus two or equivalent with English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Botany & Zoology / Biotechnology from a recognised Board/University in India
- Percentage of Marks : Minimum 50 % aggregate of marks in PCB
- Candidates who studied abroad should possess equivalent qualification as determined by Association of Indian Universities.
