SMT Assembly And Manufacturing Lab
This center is developed to provide holistic experience to the stakeholders on electronics circuit design and manufacturing. Center comprises of specialized laboratory facilitates the design/fabrication/testing facility to crater the need of student project/product development, research works and industrial requirement. This infrastructure can be used to conduct skill development training programs for students, teaching and industry professional in the respective areas, which helps the stakeholder an industry ready engineer.

Description
The SMTMATE 660 is an inline machine. It has six nozzles with conveyors. This machine is suitable to make the SMT line. The compressor has to connect within the external. It has a widely adjustable conveyor for a place of various sizes of the board. We have to attach 64 no of feeders in this machine. It has a support of 8mm, 12mm, 16mm, 24mm feeders, vibrator feeder & IC tray. It has easy access to GUI software. It has eight cameras. One is the mark camera; it is used to find the component place on the PCB board. Another one is an HD camera to adjust the component angle. Then it has six HSPD cameras to identify the RLC components.
