1)Title: Harnessing the Power of Variational Quantum Algorithms for Practical Quantum Finance(( USD 39,120) )
Priority area and sub-area: Portfolio optimization, forex trading, credit scoring, optimization of branches/ATM locations, product targeting, fraud detection, tracking cyber-attacks on financial systems. Portfolio optimization is one of the important problems in investment banking. The idea of portfolio optimization involves striking an optimal balance between the risk and return by identifying the right appropriate portfolio. This is an NP-hard problem, and quantum algorithms can find optimal solution to these problems in significantly lesser time
2) Title: Harnessing the Power of Quantum Algorithms for Television Advertisements scheduling (Worth: (USD 29000)
TV advertisement remains one of the most effective ways of creating product or brand awareness. According to estimates, networks like NBC, ABC, Fox, CBS and CW earn between $8 billion and $ 10 billion in ad revenue for primetime viewing. Solving the TV advertisement allocation problem has not been addressed using quantum algorithms. In the Indian quantum setting, the solution to TV advertisement slots management has not been addressed using the quantum algorithms.
