Paediatrics Lab

The Pediatric Rehabilitation Lab is dedicated to address the unique needs of pediatric patients. Equipped with play-based therapy equipment and pediatric assessment tools, this lab allows postgraduate students to gain specialized skills in pediatric physiotherapy.

In the Pediatric Rehabilitation Lab, students engage in interactive and play-based activities with pediatric patients, promoting movement, coordination, and sensory integration. They learn to conduct age-appropriate assessments to identify developmental delays and implement early intervention strategies.

Postgraduate students in this lab work closely with children with conditions such as cerebral palsy, developmental coordination disorder, and neuromuscular disorders. They focus on family-centered care, fostering collaboration with parents and caregivers to achieve optimal outcomes for pediatric patients.
