Cardiopulmonary Lab
The Cardiopulmonary Lab is a specialized facility dedicated to the assessment and rehabilitation of patients with cardiovascular and pulmonary conditions. Equipped with advanced stress testing machines, spirometers, and cardiopulmonary exercise testing systems, this lab allows postgraduate students to gain comprehensive knowledge and practical experience in managing cardiac and pulmonary disorders.
In the Cardiopulmonary Lab, postgraduate students learn to perform exercise stress tests to evaluate the cardiovascular fitness of patients and determine their exercise capacity. They also use spirometers to assess lung function and diagnose various respiratory conditions. The lab provides opportunities for students to design individualized exercise programs for patients with heart and lung diseases, helping them improve their functional capacity and overall quality of life
