Baking and Confectionary Laboratory

This is a research and testing facility focused on developing, improving, and ensuring the quality of bakery and confectionery products. This laboratory supports the food industry by exploring new techniques, ingredients, and formulations to enhance the production of baked goods and confections, such as cakes, breads, pastries, candies, chocolates, and other sweet treats. The lab is equipped with a range of tools and equipment to test the physical, chemical, sensory, and microbiological properties of baked and confectionery products.
