Dr. Andrei Sychev, Professor at Mordovia State University, Saransk, Russia, enlightened our scholars with his captivating talk on ‘Trust in the era of artificial intelligence’, in the room no 1101 of University Building. His talk was based on the different types of trust and how they work in human life. He used the example of AI to show how the concept of trust has been adapted in the modern context. He concluded the talk with a reference to how a series of actions shape our trust. After the talk, he visited the Taiwan Center and attended one of their classes to understand the teaching methodology used to teach a foreign language to the Indian students.
