The Collaborative workshop was jointly organized by the Department of Design, SAID, SRM IST, and The Taylor’s
Design school, Taylor’s University, Malaysia. The International workshop rendered great insights to the students of
both Design schools. It opened up avenues and provided opportunities to learn, and get exposure to
designing skills over the varied spectrum. The learning helped unwrap the creative skills of the students translating
them into hands-on Imaginative Collages and 3D models. More than 100 students participated in the workshop from
both the Design Schools. The students expressed enthusiastic participation and it was a joyful learning experience
for them. It was a proud moment to see the successful outcome of the workshop with the Imaginative collages & the
3D models.
