SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRMIST), in association with the Tamil Nadu Yoga Committee and under the aegis of CGDCA, TNSCA & AICF, is proud to host the National Yoga Competition 2025 – Birthday Trophy. The event will take place on 24th August 2025 from 7:00 AM onwards at the Padma Bhushan Major Dhyan Chand Indoor Stadium, SRMIST, Kattankulathur, Chengalpattu, Tamil Nadu.
This national-level competition will feature three categories – Beginners, Intermediate, and Advanced (Athlete Sports Championship), giving participants of all age groups a platform to showcase their yoga skills. The event also includes an official attempt for National Yoga Awards & Yoga World Records, making it a truly prestigious gathering of yoga talent.
The competition aims to encourage fitness, discipline, and awareness of yoga as a sport. It will bring together yoga enthusiasts, professionals, and institutions from across the nation, creating a vibrant stage for cultural and sporting excellence. SRMIST warmly invites students, faculty, and the community to witness and celebrate this grand yoga event.
