INSTRUCTIONS
All prospective authors are encouraged to submit high quality papers. Each full paper should have a minimum of 8 pages to a maximum of 12 pages including all figures,tables, and references. Submissions must be plagiarism free and be in the Springer format.

October 30th, 2020 :Paper Submission
November 30th, 2020 :Paper acceptance notification
December 15th, 2020 :Final camera-ready paper submission
December 22nd, 2020:Registration

All accepted, registered and presented papers will be published Springer series of Lecture Notes in Computer Science.
