The event was inaugurated by our honorable Pro Vice-Chancellor (MHS) Dr. Nithin M Nagarkar, SRMIST, and Respected Advisor Dr. A. Sundaram, (Medical & Health Sciences), SRM Institute of Science and Technology.
The event started with the welcome address by our respected Dr. U. Ganapathy Sankar, Dean, SRM College of Occupational Therapy, SRMIST.
The presidential address was delivered by our respected Pro Vice-Chancellor (MHS) Dr. Nithin M Nagarkar, SRMIST.
The special address was delivered by our respected Advisor Dr. A. Sundaram, SRM Medical College Hospital & Research Center, SRMIST.
The chief guest introduction was delivered by Mr. Anbarasu, Clinical Coordinator and Associate Professor, SRM College of Occupational Therapy, SRMIST. The chief guest’s address was delivered by Ms. Sobhiya Vani, Head of the Unit, Cross Disability Early Intervention Center, NIEPMD.
The program began with a presentation by our prestigious chief guest Ms. Sobhiya Vani, Head of the Unit, Cross Disability Early Intervention Center, NIEPMD. She presented on the topic of TRANSDISCIPLINARY MODEL IN EARLY INTERVENTION. She shared her enormous knowledge with the students which was very much enlightening. The special kids and their parents were also invited to attend the COTE Programme.
On behalf of the Children’s Day Celebration SRM COT organized various events for the special kids and encouraged their participation to a higher level. The special kids participated in all the events more enthusiastically.
The winners of all the events were awarded 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Prizes, and all participants were awarded special gifts. Finally, the event ended with the Vote of Thanks delivered by our respected Mrs. Grace Lydia Sarojini. D, Vice Principal, SRM College of Occupational Therapy, SRMIST.
