The Training Program for Support Staff of CET on June 2025 at SRMIST, Kattankulathur, was conducted in two batches with the aim of strengthening professional skills, workplace ethics, and service quality.
Batch I was held on 21 June 2025 (Saturday) with Dr. V. Karunanithi and Ms. Mary Florence as the faculty in charge. The forenoon session (11:40 AM – 1:10 PM) focused on Communication Skills and Support Services, while the afternoon session (3:40 PM – 5:10 PM) covered Teamwork and Conflict Resolution. The sessions were interactive, featuring role-plays, activities, and practical strategies to enhance workplace collaboration.
Batch II was conducted on 28 June 2025 (Saturday) by Dr. A. John Joseph and Ms. Mary Florence. The morning session (10:00 AM – 11:30 AM) addressed Workplace Professionalism and Policy Adherence, and the afternoon session (2:00 PM – 3:30 PM) dealt with Compliance and Confidentiality. These sessions included PPT presentations, videos, activities, and reflective discussions, encouraging participants to re-examine their professional journey and renew their commitment to their roles.
Feedback for both batches, collected via QR code surveys, was overwhelmingly positive. Participants expressed that the sessions were insightful, motivating, and highly relevant to their day-to-day responsibilities, fostering a renewed sense of dedication and care in their work.
