The Department of Commerce has signed MOUs to enhance and enrich students and develop their skillset as per Industry requirements. The following are the industry tie-ups of the Department.
MOU'S
The Department has signed MOUs with institutions like Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), International Skill Development Corporation (ISDC), Wiley and Miles Education, Institute of Management Accountants, HyrudyaaAdconser Private Limited, Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India, Aktisi Financial Services and National Academy for Customs, Indirect Taxes, and Narcotics. Faculty members are the backbone of the growth of the department. They adopted various ICT tools like PowerPoint presentations, Microsoft Excel, OneNote, gamification strategies, and interactive seminars to ensure liveliness in the classroom.
Guest Lectures
As per the curriculum of the syllabus, the guest lectures are arranged periodically to make the students’ expertise beyond the regular classes. Industrialists, Academicians, and counselors from the outside called for encouraging the students to cater the enrichment of knowledge. A few guest lectures and topics were listed.
