Research and development are the basis of improving the student’s aptitude towards innovation. Research has become more and more relevant with the dynamic nature of the modern curriculum. The department encourages student to perform research related activities even from the undergraduate levels to them abreast with the latest developments in their interested fields. The department organizes workshops and faculty development programs on the latest trends in the field for improving both the faculty’s and student’s knowledge. The department has 11 research supervisors and 27 research scholars.
