Sir from the past four years in SRM I had a very pleasant experience. The faculties of CSE and CDC in particular are very co-operative and helpful. 2. Sir I realized the importance of my faculties during my pre final and final year especially during the covid time. CDC faculty were available for me anytime. 3. Our CDC staff is far more efficient and I personally felt that because even after the face prep training I used to sit with my teachers for 2-3 hours in Google Meet that one to one really helped. 4. Sir in the past one year I met my friends from many other universities and I realized that the facility of personal development classes right from 1st year was a major turning point for me and this facility is only available in very few colleges. 5. Sir all the faculties here were so good that no one needed even a single page of notes to teach, they are so good at explaining and without any partiality which I really appreciate as I never got such lovely treatment in the north during my school days.

I, Meenu M. Jacob (RA1812012010001), Master of Technology student from the Department of Chemical Engineering, SRM Institute of Science and Technology batch of 2018 to 2020. I had the privilege to be a part of your cohort in the year 2019, as part of the classes conducted by the Career Development Center. I would also like to thank the Career Development Center and the Head of the CDC. “Everyone who remembers his own education remembers teachers, not methods and techniques. The teacher is the heart of the educational system.”. I hope other students’ part of the CDC get to experience the same as I did. This is Aditya Arjun (RA1811002010165) from 2022 batch. During my four-year course in SRM as a student of mechanical engineering, I have gained a lot of knowledge weather it's about handling machinery or knowing how things are assembled, programmed and put into work or about dealing with problems, responsibilities and challenges that we are going to face in our lives. As we are entering into a professional world, I would like to thank CDC for giving us a complete knowledge about professional skills. The theory classes were always felt like practical. I would like to thank the whole CDC department, HOD and faculties for giving us extracurricular knowledge in the form of professional skills classes.

The CDC training that we got right from our 1st semester until 6th semester was quite helpful may it be for general abilities or vocabulary, it helped us clear the very initial rounds of any placement exams and the level of questions also matched the standards of the placement exams. I had a great learning experience and it helped me gaining confidence, presenting myself and also improved my communication skills.

CDC classes were very interactive which made it altogether more efficient for all of us in general. The questions posed by the teacher pushed us to think deeper and challenged us to come up with not just solutions to the problem but eco-friendly solutions, which also deeply made us rethink about how we can alter our daily actions to have lesser negative impact on the environment.
