Dr. Hari Singh

A seasoned Public Health professional with an MD in Community Health Administration from Delhi University, Dr. Hari Singh has extensive experience in managing public health programs, with a particular focus on maternal and child health, adolescent health, family planning, and HIV/AIDS. He has led several quality improvement initiatives in public health facilities and has been actively involved in the evaluation of many national health programs. His wealth of experience includes providing technical assistance to several state governments.

In the academia domain, Dr. Singh holds the honor of initiating postgraduate public health programs at the Indian Institute of Health Management Research (IIHMR) Jaipur in 2000. He has served as the founder director of IIHMR Bengaluru.

Over the course of his career, Dr. Singh has held several prestigious positions, including Country Director at Engender Health India, Project Director for the RESPOND Project, Executive Director at the Foundation for Research in Health Systems, Director of Clinical Services at Marie Stopes International, Advisor at DANIDA, and Global Fund Liaison at USAID.

Dr. Singh teaches Maternal and Child Health, Project Management, and Quality Improvement of Public Health Programs in the Master of Public Health (MPH) program.
