Repairs or Maintenance includes all operations required to maintain in proper condition buildings and works in ordinary use.

A minor construction work is one the cost of which exceeds Rs.20,000, but does not exceed Rs.1,00,000/-

  • Remove a wall or cut a new door way
  • Remodel lab, class room or office
  • Convert a storage room to office space
  • Modify office cubicle
  • Upgrade class room technologies
  • Install new lab equipment

Project works

Submit Service Request

The minor project implemented the following order

  • Prepare Estimate get approval through the proper channel.
  • Identify the Vendor and issue P.O for work execution.
  • The work has to be completed within the stimulated period is 2 -4 weeks.
