The event started with the welcome address by our respected Dr. U. Ganapathy Sankar, Dean, SRM College of Occupational Therapy, SRMIST.

The special address was delivered by our respected Dr. R. Arul Saravanan sir, Professor & Head (Dept. of Psychiatry) SRM Medical College Hospital & Research Center, SRMIST. The chief guest’s address was delivered by Ms. Gita Jyoti Ojha mam, Occupational Therapist, Department of Occupational Therapy, IHBAS, New Delhi.
The program began with a presentation by our prestigious chief guest Ms. Gita Jyoti Ojha mam, Occupational Therapist, Department of Occupational Therapy, IHBAS, New Delhi. She presented on the topic of OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY IN FORENSIC MENTAL HEALTH. She shared her enormous knowledge with the students which was very enlightening.
Followed by which there was a brainstorming session with clarification of doubts by MOT and BOT students to our resource person.
Finally, the event ended with the Vote of Thanks delivered by our respected Mrs. Grace Lydia Sarojini. D, Vice Principal, SRM College of Occupational Therapy, SRMIST.

SRM College of Occupational Therapy feels immense pleasure in organizing an enormous workshop on “OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY IN FORENSIC MENTAL HEALTH”. The workshop was conducted for 2 days on the 4th and 5th of November 2024. MOT students registered and took part in the workshop.
The workshop was conducted by our eminent resource Ms. Gita Jyoti Ojha mam, Occupational Therapist, Department of Occupational Therapy, IHBAS, New Delhi. She shared her enormous knowledge with the students which was very enlightening. The students benefited a lot from the breadth of knowledge and depth of expertise.
The workshop was very interesting and motivated our students towards OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY IN FORENSIC MENTAL HEALTH.
