Dr. Anandh K. S

Dr. K.S. Anandh is currently working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at SRM Institute of science and Technology , Kattankulathur , India. He received his B.E degree in Civil Engineering from Annamalai university in 2004 , He then received M.E with specialization in Construction Engineering and Management from Annamalai university in 2006. Between he worked in various construction organizations as a planning engineer specialized in project management . He has been a faculty member at SRM University, Kattankulathur since 2010. He has Completed successfully his PhD in construction management in the domain area of construction personnel management.

His teaching, research interests are in the areas of Health and safety , Organizational culture, Quality of work in construction, Well being in construction , project management, construction productivity, lean practices, Human resource management ,green buildings, and management concepts for civil engineers. He is a life member of the various professional bodies related to civil engineering and construction.
