The Directorate of Sports, SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRMIST), Kattankulathur, congratulates the Women’s Volleyball Team for winning the Bronze Medal at the 71st State Championship Volleyball (Women) Tournament held in Chennai from 30th June to 6th July 2025.
Organised by the Tamil Nadu State Volleyball Association, this tournament brought together top teams across the state, showcasing competitive volleyball at its finest.
The SRMIST team demonstrated resilience and strong teamwork throughout the competition, reflecting the dedication and skill honed through rigorous training. Under the guidance of Coach and Manager Dr. M. Siva, the players consistently performed with determination and strategic play, which was instrumental in earning their place on the podium.
